DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING Professional Credential Services
At the completion of all courses, American College of Hair Design certifies the required hours. A complete application form with a $135.00 fee (must be a cashier's check or money order) payable to Professional Credential Services (PCS), is sent to the board which enables the student to sit for examination. If an applicant passes the examination to the satisfaction of the state board and has paid the required fee and complied with the requirements as set by the board, then the applicant will be issued a license. The license shall be evidence that the person to whom it is issued is entitled to engage in the practice stipulated therein.
